C6 Sports Football Training is a fundamental, progressive, tackling method, developed by Kids & Pros Executive Director and USA Football Master Trainer Buddy Curry, designed to follow the body’s natural moving mechanics to make contact with the front part of the shoulder– thereby reducing head contact.
C6 Sports Football Training incorporates tackling drills created by a team of football experts to create common terminology and progressive tackling techniques in response to the concern about youth safety and tackle football.
C6 Sports uses progressive drills, intensive instruction and multiple repetitions to create muscle memory; and trains the body to hit with the front part of their shoulders/body instead of making contact with the crown of the head.
C6 Sports Football Training is instructed by Former NFL Players and College Football Players who have been trained to motivate young athletes to achieve tackling mastery through one-on-one and/or small group training.
C6 Sports teaches aggressive, efficient and confident tackling by progressing through proper foot movements, body leverage and hip explosion drills.
